“That’s the feeling I want you to have about hiring us.”
Zion is my dog, and my best friend. Every day I come home, it doesn’t matter what kind of day either of us has had — he’s at the door, tail wagging, with the biggest smile you’ve ever seen. For a minute the world stops spinning and the day’s problems vanish.
I’ve been in roofing and storm restoration since 2019 and worked for plenty of companies along the way. The craftsmanship was usually there. The business behind it usually wasn’t. So at Zion we do it differently: we give you our honest recommendation, we don’t pressure or push, and every walkthrough is documented photo by photo, so you see exactly what we see.

Owner
Every contractor says they’re honest. Here’s how we prove it.
We recommend. We don’t sell.
If something doesn’t need replacing, we’ll tell you — and show you the photos.
One point of contact.
From the gutters to the drywall, you deal with me, not a phone tree.
Our crews come first — for you.
People who are paid right and treated right don’t cut corners on your home.
Built to last, nearly paperless.
Long-life materials, digital photos and scopes, e-signatures, and your close-out packet in your inbox.

Experience earned by our founder, much of it with previous companies before Zion. Every trade partner we put on your project carries its own insurance, and licensed trades are done by state-licensed partners.
Everything beyond the roof.
Systems & structure
The roof is rarely the only thing that took a hit.
Hail and wind don’t stop at the shingles. Gutters and downspouts get dented, window screens tear, fences lean, AC fins get crushed, siding and paint take hits, and a leak can leave its mark on the drywall inside. We walk the whole property, document what we find with photos, and give you one clear scope for everything.
We document storm damage with photos and plain-English notes, and we can be there when your adjuster inspects the property to explain what we found. We’re contractors, not public adjusters — your claim is between you and your insurance company, and we don’t negotiate or file it for you.
Roofing since 2019. One partner I trust with yours.
Roofing is where I cut my teeth. I’ve been in roofing and storm restoration since 2019 and been part of about 1,000 roof replacements — metal, stone-coated steel, tile, clay, slate, flat and commercial membranes, and every kind of shingle. I know what a roof should look like when it’s done right, and I know what a storm does to one.
Zion doesn’t replace roofs. When your home needs a new roof, it goes through our partner, Priority Roofing, where I work as a Senior Project Manager. You keep one point of contact — me — from the roof to the gutters to the drywall.
Six steps. Almost no paper.
Step 1: Reach out
Call, text, or send the form.
Step 2: Walkthrough
I walk the property with you and photograph everything.
Step 3: A clear, written scope
What needs doing, what doesn’t, and which warranty covers each part.
Step 4: Sign digitally
E-signature, no stack of paper.
Step 5: Our trade partners get to work
With photo updates as it happens.
Step 6: Final walkthrough
Then your photos, scope and warranty docs land in your inbox.
You’ll know what’s covered before we start.
Warranty depends on the project. Some work carries our own workmanship warranty; on other work, our trade partner’s and the manufacturer’s warranties pass through to you. Either way, your written scope spells it out before any work starts.
Let’s take an honest look at your home.
