Interior Remodeling

Kitchens, baths and living spaces, scoped honestly and managed start to finish.

A good remodel starts with listening. Before we talk about tile or countertops, we want to know how you use the room and what bothers you about it now.

From there we write one clear scope, line up the right trade partners for each part of the job, and manage it start to finish — so you deal with one person instead of five contractors.

When it’s time

  • The layout fights how your family actually lives.
  • Finishes are worn out, dated or damaged beyond repair.
  • You’re already repairing damage and want to improve the room while it’s open.
  • You’re planning to stay and want the house to fit the next chapter.

When you don’t: If a room only needs paint, lighting or new hardware, a full remodel isn’t the answer. We’ll tell you when the smaller project gets you most of the way there.

How we do it

  1. Start with how you use the space, then plan the work around it.

  2. Write one clear scope covering every trade, with what’s included and what isn’t.

  3. Bring in the right trade partners — licensed partners for plumbing and electrical.

  4. Keep you updated with photos and manage the schedule from demo to final walkthrough.

Good to know

  • Long-life finishes

Quartz and porcelain tile, solid-wood or plywood cabinetry and quality fixtures cost more up front but last decades. We show the trade-offs so you can choose where to spend.

  • Surprises behind the walls

Older homes sometimes hide rot, outdated wiring or plumbing issues. If we find something, we stop, photograph it and talk with you before changing the scope.

  • Living through it

We plan the sequence so your kitchen or bathroom is out of service for as short a time as possible.

After a storm

What hail and wind do

When a storm-related leak means a room has to be opened up anyway, many homeowners choose to remodel while the work is underway. If storm damage is found, it may be covered depending on your policy. Your insurance company makes that decision — any upgrades beyond repairing the damage are yours to choose.

Questions

How long does a remodel take?

A bathroom remodel commonly takes a few weeks on site, and a kitchen often takes longer, depending on scope and how long materials take to arrive. Custom cabinets and countertops add lead time. Your written scope includes a realistic timeline, and we send photo updates as the work moves along.

Who does the plumbing and electrical work?

Plumbing and electrical work is done by state-licensed trade partners, as Texas requires. We coordinate them with the rest of the project so you don’t have to manage separate contractors. You still have one point of contact for the whole remodel.

How do I get a sense of cost before committing?

After the walkthrough, we can give you a ballpark range, not a quote, so you can decide whether to move forward. Once you settle on finishes and scope, we write a detailed scope with real numbers. We don’t publish prices because every home and every remodel is different.
